Trump and Huckabee Tied For GOP Lead

12 Apr

According to CBS News:

Nineteen percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents said in the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey that they are most likely to back Trump for the Republican presidential nomination. That put him in a tie at the top of the list with former Arkansas governor and 2008 candidate Mike Huckabee, who also received 19 percent support.

So what?  The Huckster will clean The Donald’s plow in the former Confederate States.  That’s where to look for the Republican power base.   Besides the thought of Trump traveling the back roads of the South – General Bullmoose style  in his Rolls –  complete with the Stars and Bars hanging on the antenna waving at Bubba, Billy Bob, Li’l Abner and Daisy Mae  is just creepy.
